Client Responsibilities To help us provide the best possible service, we kindly ask that all clients: Arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Inform your stylist of any allergies, medical conditions, scalp sensitivities, or previous chemical treatments before your service begins. Be honest about your hair history, including any box color, henna, keratin treatments, relaxers, or other chemical services. Follow the recommended aftercare instructions to maintain the health and longevity of your hair. Treat our staff, other guests, and salon property with kindness and respect. Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Keep personal belongings with you at all times. ADM Hair Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Notify us within 7 days if you have any concerns about your service so we have the opportunity to address them. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to providing you with an exceptional salon experience. Client Policies At ADM Hair Studio, we value your time and strive to provide every guest with exceptional service. Please review our policies before booking your appointment. Children Policy To provide a relaxing and safe environment for all guests, we kindly ask that children who are not receiving a service remain at home. Children receiving services must be supervised by an adult at all times. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that plans can change. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the cancellation fee may apply. Clothing Policy Please wear clothing that is comfortable and suitable for hair services. While every precaution is taken to protect your clothing, ADM Hair Studio is not responsible for damage caused by hair color, lightener, chemicals, or styling products. Service Pricing All prices listed are starting prices and may vary depending on: Hair length Hair density Time required Product usage Color correction or additional services A personalized quote will be provided during your consultation whenever possible. Credit Card Convenience Fee A 2.6% convenience fee will be added to all credit card transactions. There is no additional fee for cash payments. Refund Policy We do not offer refunds on services that have been completed. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We are happy to make reasonable adjustments to ensure your satisfaction. Retail products may be exchanged within 14 days if they are unopened and in their original condition. Photo & Video Policy We love showcasing our work. By receiving services at ADM Hair Studio, you consent to photographs and videos being taken before, during, or after your appointment for marketing purposes, including our website and social media. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please let your stylist know before your service begins. Privacy Policy ADM Hair Studio respects your privacy. We collect only the information necessary to provide our services, process appointments, and communicate with you.
